Special Mihidana Laddu: Gram flour (besan), sugar, ghee, water, permitted food colour.
Soan Papdi: Gram flour (besan), refined wheat flour, sugar, ghee, edible oil; cardamom (elaichi).
Nolen Gur Jalbhara Sandesh: Chhena (cottage cheese), date palm jaggery (nolen gur), sugar; cardamom (elaichi) where applicable, with a soft liquid jaggery/syrup filling at the centre.
Kaju Barfi: Cashew nuts, sugar, ghee, cardamom and permitted flavouring/colour, if used.

Allergens: Contains milk, cashew nuts and wheat (gluten). May contain traces of other nuts, soy, sesame and other allergens due to shared preparation/manufacturing/packing environment. Follow each pack label.

Shelf life: up to 4 days from preparation/manufacture, not packing or delivery. Narampak Sandesh at room temperature must be consumed within 2 days, or earlier if an individual batch label specifies an earlier use-by date. Always follow the earliest use-by date on the individual sweet labels. Winter conditions or refrigeration must not extend the life of other constituents or the 4-day box limit.

Follow the storage instructions on each individual sweet label. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep dry sweets in a cool, dry place and airtight after opening. Do not freeze Sandesh. Refrigeration or winter conditions do not reset shelf life or extend the life of other constituents. Follow the earlier Narampak limit or any earlier individual batch use-by date.

Fresh Sandesh in Kolkata gifts is Narampak by default. A Kadapak request must be confirmed before preparation; it is not an automatic variant change. Narampak has a 2-day room-temperature shelf life, or 4–5 days during winter. Kadapak has a 4-day room-temperature shelf life, or 5–6 days during winter. These periods start at preparation, not delivery. For mixed gifts, the shortest individual use-by date and the box or tray limit take priority.
