At Ganguram Sweets, we aim to deliver orders safely, hygienically and within the committed delivery timelines. Delivery availability depends on the selected product, delivery location, pincode serviceability, product shelf life, courier availability, order timing and operational feasibility.

2. Shipping Partners
For eligible PAN-India orders, we work with trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, eKart, Delhivery, DTDC and other serviceable logistics partners.
For Kolkata and nearby local delivery areas, delivery may be fulfilled through local delivery partners, store-managed delivery, or other available delivery services, depending on the order, product type and serviceability.
3. Delivery Availability
Fresh sweets and local-delivery products may be available only in Kolkata or selected serviceable pincodes. PAN-India shipping is available only for eligible packed, tinned, dry, or tagged products that are suitable for courier delivery.
Customers should check product availability, delivery notes and pincode serviceability before placing an order. We do not guarantee PAN-India delivery for every product listed on the website.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Delivery cost may depend on product type, order value, delivery location, pincode serviceability, courier availability, packaging requirements and handling requirements.
If any free shipping offer or shipping threshold is active, it will be shown on the website or at checkout before the customer completes payment.
5. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed after successful order placement and payment confirmation. Some products may require preparation, packing, quality checking, or dispatch coordination before shipment.
During festivals, public holidays, high-demand periods, weather disruptions, strikes, traffic restrictions or unforeseen events, order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
6. Delivery Time
Standard delivery time for eligible orders is 2 - 5 working days, depending on product availability, delivery location, courier serviceability and processing time.
Estimated delivery timelines may vary as follows:
- Metro cities: usually 1 - 2 working days after dispatch, subject to courier serviceability.
- Non-metro areas: usually 2 - 4 working days after dispatch.
- Remote or less serviceable areas: usually 3 - 5 working days or more, depending on courier access and route conditions.
- Kolkata and nearby local areas: delivery is usually scheduled between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, subject to product availability, order slot, traffic, festival rush and serviceability.
Same-day delivery may be available for selected Kolkata orders, depending on product availability, delivery address, order timing and operational feasibility.
7. Shipment Tracking
Once an eligible order is shipped, customers may receive tracking details by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through the order status page, depending on the delivery method and courier partner.
Tracking updates are provided by the courier or delivery partner and may take some time to reflect after dispatch.
8. Customer Address Responsibility
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including name, phone number, flat or building number, street, landmark, city, state, pincode and any special delivery instructions.
Ganguram Sweets shall not be responsible for delays, failed delivery, or misdirected shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or unavailable delivery information provided by the customer.
9. Delivery Disclaimer
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, traffic, public holidays, courier delays, natural disasters, product unavailability, strikes, restricted access areas, or incorrect customer details.
For fresh sweets and local deliveries, we do not guarantee exact delivery times during festivals, peak seasons, or special occasions. For courier shipments, delivery timelines are subject to the courier partner’s network, serviceability and operational conditions.
10. Order Changes
For any modification to an order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. We will try to accommodate changes depending on order status, product preparation, packing, dispatch status and delivery partner assignment.
Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the delivery partner, changes to product selection, address, delivery date or delivery instructions may not be possible.
11. Additional Charges and Taxes
Applicable charges such as delivery fees, packaging charges, handling charges, GST, or other applicable taxes may be calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable.
The final payable amount, including product price, applicable taxes, delivery charges, packaging charges or handling charges, is shown before payment is completed.
