Ingredients & allergens
Mawa Pump: Chhena (cottage cheese), khoya (mawa), sugar; cardamom (elaichi).
Nolen Gur Pata Sandesh: Chhena (cottage cheese), date palm jaggery (nolen gur), sugar; cardamom (elaichi) where applicable.
Special Gond Laddu: Edible gum (gond), whole wheat flour, ghee, sugar/jaggery, mixed nuts; cardamom (elaichi).
Nolen Gur Jalbhara Sandesh: Chhena (cottage cheese), date palm jaggery (nolen gur), sugar; cardamom (elaichi) where applicable, with a soft liquid jaggery/syrup filling at the centre.
Mango Sandesh: Chhena (cottage cheese), sugar, mango pulp/flavour and permitted food colour.
Allergens: Contains milk, wheat (gluten) and mixed nuts. May contain traces of other nuts, soy, sesame and other allergens due to shared preparation/manufacturing/packing environment. Check each pack label for ingredient and allergen information.
Freshness & storage
Best consumed within 2 days from preparation/manufacture, not packing or delivery. Follow the earliest use-by date on the individual sweet labels, including any earlier batch limit. Winter conditions or refrigeration must not extend the life of other constituents or this 2-day tray limit.
Keep Mawa Pump refrigerated. Follow the storage instructions on each individual sweet label. Keep dry sweets in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not freeze Sandesh. Refrigeration does not reset shelf life or extend the life of other constituents.
Fresh Sandesh in Kolkata gifts is Narampak by default. A Kadapak request must be confirmed before preparation; it is not an automatic variant change. Narampak has a 2-day room-temperature shelf life, or 4–5 days during winter. Kadapak has a 4-day room-temperature shelf life, or 5–6 days during winter. These periods start at preparation, not delivery. For mixed gifts, the shortest individual use-by date and the box or tray limit take priority.
