Refund/Replacement Terms:
- Refund/replacement requests must be made within 12 hours of receiving the item.
- Valid reasons include incorrect items shipped or unsatisfactory product quality (e.g., product gone bad).
- Customers are responsible for providing adequate information, including photographs, to assist in decision-making.
- Refunds will not be issued for subjective reasons such as taste preference, as long as the product is within the expiry date.
Damaged Product Reporting:
- Report damaged products to our customer service team within 12 hours of receipt.
- Provide sufficient information, including photographs, to facilitate resolution with the courier company.
- Ganguram will initiate a refund/replacement upon a positive decision.
Product Replacements:
- For replacements, customers will receive a new packet of the same product.
- If the same product is unavailable, an equivalent product will be shipped after consultation with the customer.
Refund Processing:
- Ganguram aims to process refunds within 1-2 business days after approval.
- The refund request is then forwarded to our payment gateway partner, who advises a processing time of 7-10 business days.
