Refund/Replacement Terms:

  • Refund/replacement requests must be made within 12 hours of receiving the item.
  • Valid reasons include incorrect items shipped or unsatisfactory product quality (e.g., product gone bad).
  • Customers are responsible for providing adequate information, including photographs, to assist in decision-making.
  • Refunds will not be issued for subjective reasons such as taste preference, as long as the product is within the expiry date.

Damaged Product Reporting:

  • Report damaged products to our customer service team within 12 hours of receipt.
  • Provide sufficient information, including photographs, to facilitate resolution with the courier company.
  • Ganguram will initiate a refund/replacement upon a positive decision.

Product Replacements:

  • For replacements, customers will receive a new packet of the same product.
  • If the same product is unavailable, an equivalent product will be shipped after consultation with the customer.

Refund Processing:

  • Ganguram aims to process refunds within 1-2 business days after approval.
  • The refund request is then forwarded to our payment gateway partner, who advises a processing time of 7-10 business days.
