Shipping partner:

We have partnered with Blue Dart, eKart, Delhivery, DTDC, and other courier partners for nationwide delivery, covering all regions in India except Kolkata and its suburbs.

Shipping Time Estimates:

Our commitment is to provide timely deliveries, and we strive to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

  • PAN India:

    • Metro Cities: Estimated delivery within 24 hours.
    • Non-Metro Areas: Estimated delivery within 48 hours.
    • Remote and Small Areas: Delivery in 3-4 days.

 

  • Kolkata and Suburbs:
    • Delivery Window: 09:00 am to 08:00 pm.
    • Same Day Delivery: Negotiable.
    • Normal Delivery: As per the date requested by the customer.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather, unforeseen events, traffic conditions, and other special occasions. While we make every effort to adhere to the provided estimates, please understand that circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. We do not guarantee delivery times for local shipments during festivals. For outstation deliveries, as we utilize a courier service, delivery times are mostly guaranteed, but since we use third-party courier services, delivery times can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, weather conditions and other reasons.

Delivery Disclaimer:

In certain situations, beyond our control (product unavailability, public holidays, strikes, natural disasters, etc.), there may be delays in shipping the order. Please provide accurate and complete delivery addresses, as we will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, or deliveries to post-box only addresses.

Order Changes:

For any modifications to your order, please contact us promptly via phone or email. We will make every effort to accommodate changes based on order status and other parameters. Once the order has been shipped, no further changes can be accepted.

Shipment Tracking:

Upon shipping, you will receive an email with detailed tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Additional Charges:

Please be aware that any applicable charges, including but not limited to goods and services tax (GST), customs tax, customs excise duty, service tax, or any direct or indirect taxes, post-shipment, in any country, state/province, city/town, district, both national and international, will be the responsibility of the consignee/customer.
